Our pizzas are made with imported pizza flour, Antico Malino Caputo Tipo 00, the best used in Italy. To compliment that we only use the finest and freshest toppings available as well as our own delectable sauce to make a truly unforgettable pie.

All our seafood dishes are of the same quality Sarasotan’s have been enjoying for years in our award winning, Barnacle Bill’s seafood restaurants. So you know you’ll be getting the best.

With our state of the art brick oven capable of cooking at temperatures as high as 1200° F, your wait won’t be very long as a pizza can be made to order and cooked in as little as 5 minutes. Your seafood will be seared with all of its juices and flavor locked in and all other foods will have that old world flavor that can only be gotten with authentic brick oven cooking.
